Some experiences ask for colour before language.
Painting gives feeling another way to move. A line, a shape, a dark edge, a softer colour, an empty space on the canvas. These can carry something that words are still trying to reach.
For me, creative expression belongs close to reflection. It can hold grief, tenderness, anger, memory, protection and the slow movement of becoming. It can make room for parts of experience that arrive through image, body and atmosphere.
Selected artwork may be shared here over time. Each piece will be offered with a short note about the feeling, theme or reflection it carries.
You may gently notice:
- What colours feel close to my current emotional state?
- What image comes when words feel far away?
- What part of me wants shape, space or movement?
- What feeling becomes easier to meet through image?
Sometimes the image arrives first. The meaning follows slowly.
