Workplace and organisational services
Reflective support for people focused work.
Workplace services are arranged by enquiry and agreement. They are separate from individual psychotherapy bookings.
Workplaces are human systems
Staff wellbeing lives inside relationships, roles and pressure.
Workplace and organisational support through Terapija.care is designed for teams, services and organisations that want to support staff wellbeing, reflective practice and more humane working environments.
The work brings a relational and trauma informed lens to emotional labour, communication, boundaries, inclusion, role clarity, burnout and the pressures that can emerge in people focused settings.
Support is shaped around the needs of the organisation and agreed clearly before the work begins.
This work creates reflective spaces where people can think honestly about the pressures, relationships and responsibilities they carry at work.
Workplace therapy agreements
Organisations may enquire about offering staff access to psychotherapy. Confidentiality, payment, suitability, referral routes and communication boundaries are agreed before the service begins.
Reflective practice
Reflective spaces can support staff to think about emotional impact, relationships, boundaries, role pressures, decision making and the human realities of the work they carry.
Staff wellbeing support
Support may focus on stress, burnout, emotional labour, compassion fatigue, conflict, communication strain and the pressure to remain available while also needing care and limits.
On the Floor Relational Coaching
A reflective service for staff, managers and teams around communication, emotional labour, boundaries, conflict, role strain, inclusion and the pressures of people focused work.
What this work can support
Support can be shaped around the organisation.
The work may be useful for services, teams and workplaces where relationships, responsibility and emotional demands form part of daily practice.
For staff
Support may offer staff a space to pause, reflect and process the emotional and relational demands of their role, while strengthening awareness around boundaries, needs and patterns of coping.
For managers and leaders
Support may help managers reflect on communication, relational responsibility, difficult conversations, team pressure, inclusion, accountability and care for staff wellbeing.
For teams
Team based work may focus on how people relate, communicate, repair, hold boundaries and remain connected to the purpose of the work during pressure or change.
For organisations
Organisational work may support more humane, reflective and inclusive cultures where staff wellbeing is understood within the wider system and the realities surrounding each person.
Confidentiality and organisational boundaries
Clear boundaries protect the work.
When Terapija.care works with organisations, therapy content, personal disclosures and clinical details remain confidential and separate from employer or manager communication.
Any agreement with an organisation needs to protect privacy, dignity and autonomy. Where themes, attendance information or service feedback are discussed, this is agreed clearly and handled without sharing personal therapy material.
Emergency support, disciplinary processes, legal advice, safeguarding procedures and occupational health assessment should be accessed through the appropriate routes when they are required.
How enquiries work
Start with a conversation about what is needed.
Workplace services are shaped by enquiry and agreement. The first step is to outline the organisation, the type of support being considered and the context that led to the enquiry.
From there, the possible format, boundaries, confidentiality, frequency, setting and practical arrangements can be discussed.
Enquire
Start with a workplace enquiry.
Please include a brief description of the organisation and the type of support being considered.
